Hero Initiative is Portland-bound for Rose City Comic Con

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 1, 2016) Hero Initiative, the non-profit that helps comic book creators in medical and financial need, is heading to Portland, OR for the Rose City Comic Con September 8-10 at the Oregon Convention Center.

Dave Gibbons, the author of The Originals, co-creator of Watchmen and artist of the Superman story “For the Man Who Has Everything” will be at the Hero booth, #718, all weekend! Come by and meet the legend and get your books signed!

And Hero Initiative Ambassadors collecting for Hero on the con floor include Rick Burchett, Kelly Sue DeConnick, Shannon Denton, Veronica Fish, Matt Fraction, Joe Harris, Sam Humphries, Megan Hutchison, Karl Kesel, Michael Lark, Kevin Maguire, David Marquez, Dustin Nguyen, Greg Rucka, Matt Wagner, Dustin Weaver, and Chip Zdarsky.
